Overview:

Reticap 2% is a formula clinically tested in numerous medical trials. It uses an advanced encapsulated delivery system to stabilise high-strength retinol (2%), allowing gradual release for deep receptor activation with reduced irritation.

Skin target & indications:

Photo-ageing: wrinkles, uneven tone, texture roughness
Hyperpigmentation, melasma, sun damage
Maturity-onset acne needing retinoid correction
Barrier-compromised skin requiring retinoid with tolerance

Key active technology:

Encapsulated Retinol 2% — stabilised in microspheres for controlled release, reduces irritation while maintaining potency.
Antioxidants (Vitamin E, Ferulic acid base) — protect against oxidative stress, improve retinol stability.
Hydrating base (Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, Squalane) — improves comfort and barrier resilience.

Features & benefits:

– Delivers clinical results comparable to prescription-strength tretinoin
– Reduces fine lines, smooths texture, and brightens skin
– Treats acne by normalising keratinocyte turnover and sebum pathways
– Lower irritation profile vs conventional high-strength retinol

Usage instructions:

– Apply at night to clean, dry skin.
– Start twice weekly; build gradually to nightly.
– Always use SPF during the day.
– Not contraindicated in pregnancy; clinician discretion in 2nd/3rd trimester.

Protocol positioning:

– Can be alternated or layered with Retimitate Advanced depending on patient tolerance.
