Cancellation Policy

At Skyndoctor, we value your time and ours. To ensure that all clients have access to appointments, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of your booking deposit. In the case of Laser hair removal appointments a session will be lost from your course. No-shows will be charged the full service fee or forfeit their deposit.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you when possible.
