Mesoestetic Melan Tran3x Concentrate is an intensive depigmenting serum designed to target and improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation and dark spots on the face. It uses tranexamic acid — a well‑studied skin‑brightening active that helps regulate melanin production — alongside supporting actives such as niacinamide and an enzymacid complex, to visibly reduce existing pigment spots and help prevent new discolouration from forming. The lightweight formula is applied as 3–4 drops onto clean, dry skin morning and evening, then layered under a depigmenting gel‑cream (like the complementary Tran3x gel cream) and always followed by high SPF protection in daylight to maintain results and protect against UV‑induced recurrence.
